Rebecca is an experienced leader with expertise in social policy, advocacy, and program development. She works closely with communities to co-design solutions that are research-informed and locally grounded. Rebecca is leading a project in Central Victoria on the establishment of a Community Foundation and brings a deep understanding of evidence-informed investment using data, advocacy and collective action.
