Will Tait is an MC, facilitator, writer and performer. He began his career in the sustainability sector creating and delivering sustainability-focussed school shows and festival roving performance throughout Melbourne and Victoria. Over the years this work of lighting up imagination, and connecting people to their relationship with our living planet, has branched out into many forms in many settings.

 He was resident Musical Philosopher with Future Crunch for many years, co-writing and weaving tailored songs into their conference stage shows delivering good news stories and environment, energy and tech. He is a regular collaborator with Culture Hero, bringing the power of play into organisational settings. He has worked with numerous organisations creating engagement programs and resources around environmental advocacy and the circular economy.

Will also enjoys a long-standing creative collaboration with Castlemaine Institute co-founder Jodi Newcombe, a highlight of which was Djakitj Larr (2021), a curated creative conversation event which convened representatives of multiple sectors to explore food futures on Djaara Country. Together they recently launched Pockets Full of Change, a radio show on Castlemaine’s MainFM exploring the irresistible rise of the wellbeing economy.
