Red Box

A shapely eucalypt, with full canopy, rounded leaves and pale-grey bark. Somewhat smaller than many of the other eucalypts in the region, making it a great choice for a moderate sized garden that is aiming to look and feel like the local bush.

A robust, long-lived tree that is underutilised within the urban landscape. It will attract insect pollinators when flowering, small birds throughout the year will glean insects in the foliage and bark. A general boon for wildlife in your neighbourhood.
