Blue Devil

A unique and beautiful perennial with spiky blue flowers and angular form. A stunning feature for a perennial, cottage or grassland garden. Definitely a plant to admire from a distance as it’s very prickly to handle.

A range of insect pollinators will benefit from the nectar and pollen it provides and small lizards and frogs will find refuge from predators within it’s prickly defense. The plant dies back at the end of summer and will resprout in winter.
