Spreading Wattle

A wiry looking shrub with spiky leaves.  It has a long flowering season and cheers the bush with its lemon flowers from early-mid Summer. The flowers have the same pungent smell as acacia roots.

 

An important bird refuge and a useful barrier to pedestrians, cats and dogs. Tolerates a wide range of soils.
